Just had a really great experience at the store yesterday! Didn’t expect much with their bad reputation but honestly, everyone there was super nice throughout my whole visit. Caden, the cashier, was especially helpful and friendly. I was surprised at how good he was at his job, especially considering how young he is. He went above and beyond to help me out, and it really made my day. Definitely a crew I'd like to see more of! Maybe a change of management? A change for the better!!

So disappointed! Went there at 9am today (Saturday!) for the first time since it reopened. No hash browns, no chicken for a chicken biscuit, no orange juice. Tea tasted like yesterday's leftovers. To top it off, the Frisco sandwiches weren't grilled or toasted. Barely even hot. Do better Hardees!

I had a great experience thanks to Star. She was incredibly positive, helpful, and genuinely joyful the entire time. You can tell she really cares about the people she’s helping, and it makes a big difference. She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Honestly, I would come back just to be helped by her again.

Honestly I don’t even know where to start on this review. Started with a woman who ordered something and after waiting 10 mins, demanding a refund because it was not what she ordered and it was absolutely drenched in mayonnaise. That should have been my first red flag to leave and go somewhere else. I ordered a bacon cheese burger combo and waited about 15 mins of watching the staff scramble around with no organization. Watched someone who ordered after me and after two other people get his food before all of us. When I finally received my meal, lo and behold my cheese burger had enough mayonn
