HERE IS A NEW NORM - CHECK YOUR BAG ALWAYS! Most Tuesdays I go to Wendy's to purchase the BOGO Large Chili. The taste is Fabulous, and it's a great deal; at least I think so, OR USE TOO! See pictures below, the cups extremely low, like to low. My crackers are Stale. I HAD TO MAKE SURE I GOT A SPOON. My last two encounters - I had to tell the staff that the Chili was BOGI ON TUESDAY. I received a FORK to to eat my Chili. I should start going back to Culver's.

I'd be ashamed if I worked here and served the gross food you all do. I've worked in the industry, it takes 7 minutes to cook some fresh fries! Tired of stale, soggy and limp nasty food from this location. It costs too damn much to eat out to get the slop you guys hand out here...

** updating my review so you know your restaurant is trash! Your food is trash and your customer service is trash! After tonight I am 100% done with this place. Learn how to train and manage or get another job! Absolutely worthless!! 5/7/26 Used drive thru and had to pull up to a space to wait. 14 minutes later! Our food comes and not only was the bag overfiled you couldnt even close it, all of the food was cold. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s obvious this location is not ran correctly.

Please don’t make any mobile orders to this location without thoroughly checking what you receive in the bag. Several weeks ago I picked up my order without checking the bag and wound up missing a burger and fries. After several attempts to contact customer service they have still not refunded the money for the missing items. Not cool to steal money from a customer!
