It’s a small place and tables are close but the food is worth it. Came for dinner and was not disappointed. Particularly impressed with the Chorizo with honey comb. WHEW! A punch in the mouth in the best way. Sweet, savory, AMAZING. I wish I had ordered three. Was least impressed with the Yellowfin but this was partially due to it being a follow up to the Arroz which was so intensely flavorful that it paled in comparison. Overall a wonderful experience I’ll be back

For a one-star Michelin restaurant, I was expecting more. The vibe and service were okay, but the food did not meet my expectations. We ordered four tapas in total. The razor clams were delicious, although for people who do not like garlic, the flavor might be a little too strong. The creamy egg with sea urchin did not really work for me, as the two ingredients did not pair well together. The oxtail was over-seasoned and tasted like airline food. Tried Casa Mono and yeah… it lives up to the hype. It’s Michelin-starred, and you can tell pretty quickly why. Everything felt super intentional with bold flavors, nothing overdone. The tapas format makes it easy to try a bunch of things, and honestly there wasn’t a miss. The bone marrow was the standout (ridiculously rich), plus a few smaller plates like the fluke that looked simple but hit way harder than expected. A unique and intimate dining experience. The restaurant’s ambiance carried an air of exclusivity that made the evening feel especially memorable. Several dishes stood out beautifully — particularly the razor clams and the goat, both of which were exceptional. That said, it’s undeniably a pricey dining experience and a few dishes, like the oxtail and crème brûlée, didn’t leave the same lasting impression as some of the others we ordered. Even so, it was a wonderful night overall and an experience well worth having.
