If you come here in the morning, I would suggest expecting some sort of lecture from the employees. This has happened twice now where a worker will comment on our order unprompted. Last time we were told to know what we want when pulling up to order as to not increase their order time. This time was a lecture about not doing Apple Pay since it inconveniences them slightly. I’ve worked in foodservice for a decade now, I worked in fast food franchises and I understand how strict they can be, however at the end of the day it is your job as an employee to cater to customers. I don't normally review fast food places, but tonight Wendy's went above and beyond in service recovery. I came in for supper, ordered up their harvest salad. A while after I ordered and paid the front counter member waved me over. They didn't have the harvest salad. He was very apologetic. Offered up any other salad. I was good with the change, all their salads are excellent. I picked the apple one and he offered up a shake for my inconvenience... I'm trying to eat slightly more healthy. He was very insistent that I get something so I went with a small fry. He was happy to get me a large fry
