Friendly wait staff and a kitchen crew that knows their craft. Local sourdough, gourmet cheeses (Gouda, Havarti, Cheddar), premium veggies (grilled onions, green chiles, avocado, etc), and amazing protein options (Bison, smoked pork,bacon, etc). Don Kendall★★★★★Breakfast burrito time 🌯🔥 Tried Roots Gastrohub this morning and went with the bison burrito + Rowdy Red salsa… and of course added green chilis 🌶️😎. Also threw in mushrooms because I love me some shrooms 🍄. They are straight-up skilled at breakfast burritos. The eggs were cooked absolutely perfect — just a little bit of that runny yolk magic 🤤 (and yes, I’ll always choose runny yolk). Also grabbed Tyler a bacon burrito… which of course I had to “quality control” sample 😂🥓. It was tasty too. Can’t go wrong either way. Just my opinion — no feelings harmed in this burrito review. Eve
