Fully deserving 5-star experience! Best breakfast sandwiches we’ve ever had and an incredible burger. Good spot for breakfast / brunch / lunch. Friendly wait staff and a kitchen crew that knows their craft. Local sourdough, gourmet cheeses (Gouda, Havarti, Cheddar), premium veggies (grilled onions, green chiles, avocado, etc), and amazing protein options (Bison, smoked pork,bacon, etc). Unexpectedly delicious! We were traveling from Moab to Denver and stopped off for a quick bite. The dirtnap was the best cheesteak I've ever had. The owner was super welcoming & attentive. Chill vibe. Must try! 10/10

Breakfast burrito time 🌯🔥 Tried Roots Gastrohub this morning and went with the bison burrito + Rowdy Red salsa… and of course added green chilis 🌶️😎. Also threw in mushrooms because I love me some shrooms 🍄. They are straight-up skilled at breakfast burritos. The eggs were cooked absolutely perfect — just a little bit of that runny yolk magic 🤤 (and yes, I’ll always choose runny yolk). Also grabbed Tyler a bacon burrito… which of course I had to “quality control” sample 😂🥓. It was tasty too. Can’t go wrong either way. Just my opinion — no feelings harmed in this burrito review. Eve
