When in the drive through and the lady had a major attitude; ordered what was supposed to be the new strawberry cheesecake bits but they gave me the Philly cheesesteak bites instead and just put powered sugar on top, I didn't have time to check but I wish I would've before I left.

so everytime i go to this location which isn’t that frequently due to previous experiences with bad service. i am not usually the type to make a review but after tonight this was ridiculous. our food was cold , soggy , and flavorless. we reheated in air fryer for better taste to happen to see that there was hair in our food, NOT ONLY ONE item either. we dumped our fries on on a plate to notice there was hair in our fry container then we noticed there was hair in our chicken and fries box as well. this is sickening and really is disappointing.

This is my first time going. I ordered my food and gave the employee $100. They asked me to pull behind the red pole without giving me my change. Then when I pulled forward he gave me half my food then said have a goodnight. I had to remind him don't forget my change then turn around for the rest of my food. I hope everything was an accident and not on purpose excpecially the money thing. Also they did not put bacon on a burger that was supposed to have it but I was already home to fix the problem. Then everything was ice cold and frys were hard.
