I genuinely don’t know how they don’t have a perfect five stars. They’re the kindest and most patient customer service I’ve ever experienced! I have anxiety and have a hard time ordering (I try to order ahead most places) but I just moved here and every time (which has become a regular thing now) I’ve visited the person at the window is so reassuring and helpful! Not to mention the drinks are AMAZING! The creativity, the customization— it’s hard to find good matcha that isn’t pre-sweetened and they have it. I went to get myself a drink the other day. When I went to pay I expected the barista to hand me the card reader so I can sign and give a tip. That didn’t happen. The barista decided not to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. Instead she tipped herself $7 on top of was I was paying for the drink. I don’t think it’s right that I can’t decided how much of a tip I want to leave. Isn’t there courtesy of asking instead of just taking? Not going back there.
