They charge extra for dipping sauce. I could understand if you dont order something that is meant to be dipped, but to ask for a dipping sauce for your fries and be told it costs 50 cents extra per sauce is kinda crazy. Cant recall ever running into that at a fast food place before. I’ll skip this location.

Worst experience ever. Several employees had a very poor attitude, and I was overcharged for products. It honestly felt like they didn’t want customers there. As a customer, you expect good service and quality food, but this place failed on both. I wouldn’t recommend going here — not a good experience at all.

I always dread coming to this wendys. The staff is NOT FRIENDLY at all. Even if I say Hi , please or thank you, they never answer or smile . Plain rude, seems like they are over life. But now to top it off today I ordered a salad only to find out there is a Bug in my salad. I spent the next 20 minutes vomiting of how disgusted I got by it. Hoping i don’t get sick from it. Unacceptable! Only to go back to Wendy’s and for your rude employees to not even say a “sorry about that” not even a word just looked at me and gave me 8 dollars back.

This Wendy's is the absolute worst service every time I go thru the drive thru. The older Haitian lady taking orders is rude every single time. She actually yells at you!! I tried ordering a #4 breakfast, i had to repeat it 3 times, then she keeps asking if I want the meal!! She can't understand English and has a hateful attitude. We won't go to this particular Wendy's knowing she still works there which is unfortunate because it's close to home and was our go to, especially for breakfast. I can't understand how management contributes to let this happen. 😫 terrible customer service
