Service was very slow. The server never gave us eating utensils. So when we received our seafood stuffed mushrooms we ate half of them with our hands. Our food finally can after a long wait. The mash potatoes were cold. Something was missing in the biscuits. Food quality definitely has gone down. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands water was ice cold. Server didn’t know how to use a gift card bought it back to me telling me it needed to be activated. When all he had to do was use it as credit. That process took about 30 minutes WILL NOT be returning

The servers were great. The crab legs didn't have the tools to Crack them open and they were small the baked potato was small much larger at outback. The bartender was good but I felt pressured to pay in cash which I never carry and had to borrow from someone to close out my tab. Over all I would give it a 3 only because we had a large party and the servers were great but will I be back soon ...probably not.

The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was top-notch—attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the lobster bisque and the salmon—both were divine. My favorite was the calamari!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Greenfield Red Lobster. My husband's shrimp and lobster pasta had a hair in it. We immediately showed it to our server, Anniaha who was very apologetic and said she would notify the manager. She handled the situation professionally, but surprisingly, the manager never came to our table to apologize or address the issue. I ordered the Parmesan Chicken, and it was not fully cooked. To make matters worse, I became sick later that night with what appeared to be food poisoning. The only positive part of our visit was our server, who did what she could
