I picked up a matcha green tea latte, protein. With extra raspberry protein cold foam and vanilla powder for my friend. She said it tasted like milk and no raspberry or vanilla. Opened the cup to find no raspberry and all milk with barely any matcha. Seven months ago, I started ordering at the Mack/Radnor location because they manage their high volume orders with less wait time and make drinks properly. Worth the extra drive. I want to take a minute and give some feedback because this is a lovely location with very friendly staff. This store really, really needs to fix its system for handling in-person customer orders. It seems like there is a huge lean toward mobile orders that makes for a very inconvenient in-store order experience. Every (every) time I come in, I wait nearly 15 minutes for a basic latte order, even when there is almost nobody else buying in store. I notice the same happens to other customers too, when they are there. It’s challenging watching dozens and dozens of mobile orders getting made for c

I ordered two large honey citrus mint teas get them home and they taste like water. I stay a nice little ways from there so I didn’t feel like turning around and returning it but next time less water cause it cost too much to not give the people what they want.
