I hate having to use those stupid machines to order the food. Then they dont work half the time. Then they want a tip for what cooking the food they get paid to cook? We take our own orders. Get our food from the front and clean the tables off when we leave. Why don't we get a tip? Food was good though. Always pick this one when in the area.

usually get the 5way at lunch..tried the delivery service through Uber Eats.. .horrible. they made the 5way HALF. the size, & the milkshake was runny.. now I know why these places have went out of business in Columbus. They just don't care

Absolutely disgusting. My daughter slipped and fell on the floors, they were so slick and she fell hard and came up covered in black. She could’ve been so hurt and the floor being that dirt is appalling. No one was around to see if she was okay or wipe up the floors. It had been rainy but the entire restaurant we were slipping around. Never eating at a steak and shake again

First time here. Loved the concept and the burgers are tasty, fries are crispy, thin, just perfect. Don't give 5 stars because the top of my bun was cold. Staff was so friendly and place was neat clean. Milkshake was good too.
