I ordered a steak burrito and barely have any steak in the burrito. The burrito is very small and the tortilla tastes stale. i’m very unhappy I will never be coming back to this particular chipotle ever.

Looking at the other reviews it would be useless to talk about how dirty it is in that place. The service manager says that corporate ask them to send people home and then they don’t have enough staff for cleaning. Must be the only one around because Hamden chipotle is by far the dirtiest I have ever visited. Shame on you, all of you. Corporate and staff. How dare you disrespect your customers who pay good good money for your food and then can’t even sit down to eat on a clean space. Disgusting.

they close at 11 according to google, was on the way back from nyc and starting to get hungry at 9:45 so i pulled in and to my surprise all the lights were off and chairs were up, staff were cleaning and not behind the bar. i double checked their hours- close at 11pm ok so an hour and 15 minutes. i go up to order and they are out of all rice and cheese and another topping and would not be making more… bro there are lots of people coming in and no one can eat because they would not make more since they were open for a whole another hour. terrible service, they must have had plans on a friday ni
