Every time I make a trip to this McDonalds there’s an issue. I’m from the area so the expected interactions don’t even bother me anymore. But today I must say frustrated me. They took my order at the window per usual. When i got the register window the young lady read me back the wrong order. She being to correct her coworker. Apparently he took the order wrong. She rerang the order and expressed how she’s had to fix this kind of mistake twice already today for the man. What really made me mad is that they did not give me my change back. Drive through girl had such a nasty attitude. I had to pull over and wait for a simple happy meal. I saw all the cars behind me getting their food. I parked and was walking in the store after waiting about 15 minutes. I saw the young lady walking out, I said im the happy meal and asked why did it take so long. She threw her hands in the air and said with an attitude its the grill I dont have anything to do with that. I went inside and spoke with the manager. I told her I wanted a refund. Came in at noon on a Wednesday and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Ordered on the app and went to use the restroom. By the time I came out, my order was ready. Food was hot and honestly way beyond the quality of most McDonald’s. Enough cheese, condiments, and the food wasn’t squished. Lively atmosphere but not overwhelming. Thanks y’all!

HORRIBLE…. Probably the worst food I’ve ever had at McDonalds. Ordered on the app… no sauce for nuggets, no straw for drinks, and cold as if I ate it out the refrigerator 2 days later. You’d think being in line for almost 20 minutes the food would be hot. This location really needs to fix the issue with night time ordering it’s usually not the best but this time was the absolute worseworst.
