I take accountability for not checking my receipt before walking out but once home I realized I was charged for an item on my sandwich I did not add. It is too far to return back so I called the store. Multiple times. I cannot reach anyone from this location to receive a refund or credit without driving back across town.

The building and interior were very clean and well-kept, which I appreciated as a former Subway employee. However, when I went to order a sandwich, I noticed that none of the food items on the bar had lids or covers. The glass didn’t appear to come down far enough to protect the ingredients either. By 7:30 p.m., the meats and other items had clearly been sitting out uncovered for hours, raising concerns about freshness and bacteria growth. Because of this, I decided not to order—too much risk of foodborne illness.

I usually like to buy the salad from subway but I will definitely will not be going back to the one in Indian trail in Harker Heights. Employee was rude and I had to ask her for a knife so I'll be able to cut the ham since she didn't do it. Ask her for croutons since they come with the salad, her answer was we don't carry them. It's a $8.19 salad!
