Very bad moment during my lunch time, at the time to place and order I request to add lettuce and tomatoes and no ketchup, and would pay fot it if not included, unfortunately thy don't have it, I thought that was a joke, but it wasn't, with all my respect I walked to the counter and ask again, and the manager ask the kitchen about my request and didn't tell me anything, I went back to my seat and wait for an apology or at least any other concern but then comeback to the counter and place the tray with my order and the Manager just dump the food anf told me thank you with a very sarcastic smi

I popped in here to use the restroom and it was spotless. I then ordered the fish combo. It was delicious and very filling. I didn't expect it to be so good. It was freshly prepared and not smushed like you will find at other fast food chains. The fries were also hot and they give you a decent sized portion, too. Although the drive-thru was busy, not surprising because it was lunchtime, I'm glad I went in. I would definitely patronize this location again.

I recently visited Wendy's in Hauppauge and had a great experience. Chris, the attendant, was incredibly friendly and courteous, which made my visit even more enjoyable. While I was working in the area, I decided to stop by for a quick bite, and I'm glad I did. I ordered the pecan salad, which was delicious and refreshing. My client opted for the fries and nuggets, and they seemed to enjoy their meal as well. The food was tasty, and the portion sizes were satisfying. Always a bad experience here. Despite Wendy's trying to push higher quality fries at their locations you are almost always guaranteed to get cold stale fries here and crappy service at the window. I hope this location is one that closes. Prices are also ridiculous now.
