Can only rate the service because we never received our food. Went to pickup my order from the hot and ready oven at the front, but it wouldn't take my code from the email receipt. After a couple minutes of just standing there I was finally able to ask an employee what the problem was. They thought I was just typing it in wrong. Upon realizing that there was actually an error, they checked their system and told me that someone had already picked up the order. Ordered delivery and only received half of my order. Delivery driver was useless and when I called the store I got transferred to a Customer service person who told me they could NOT deliver the rest of my food. Negative 100
