No surprise here: this McDonald's feels like another example of how fast food is no longer all that fast. The staff seem to avoid eye contact, likely because they're already overwhelmed. Long lines of frustrated customers wait at the counter, and if you're lucky enough to find someone to ask about your order, don't expect to see them again for a while. The restaurant is clean, has a large parking lot, and is open 24 hours, just as advertised. But with self-order kiosks and automated checkout everywhere, it feels like customer service has taken a back seat. Overall, it's just another McDonald'

Stop advertising specials if your not going to honor them!! I only came here for the buy 1 get 1 free Oreo shakes for my children because it was hot out and then after ordering your manager said NO that’s no more good you have to pay full price even though the sign is literally posted on your drive thru outside. UPDATE YOUR SPECIAL SIGNAGE!!

This McDonald's needs either close his doors or change 95% of the staff. No like seriously. We understand that mistakes happen sometimes but not every single day come on. They're just smiling for nothing. You order oranges they will put tomatoes instead. You ask for a specific sauce they will put a completely different sauce in a bag. This is not a once or twice or third time. It happens all the time. On top of that I'm wondering how long it takes them to change their frying oil. Fries and nuggets looks ugly almost every time

I only gave the atmosphere 2 stars because we ordered our food on the app. When we got there for our curbside order, we checked in and we took them 15 minutes to bring our food. When we got home, which is only a 5 minute drive, all our food was cold. We ended up throwing a lot of it away because it was too cold to eat.
