Very nice experience at Shake Shack. We were greeted by a friendly worker upon entering. Placed our order easily on the kiosk and got our food promptly. The food was delicious. We got the limited time Korean chicken sandwich and while messy, the chicken was very crispy and moist. Nothing was greasy and we left feeling good and not heavy or bloated. The dining area and restroom were clean. I will absolutely be back.

Delicious burger, but terrible value. I spent $17 here today for a double burger lettuce wrap and onion rings. The burger was great, but I was shocked to find only 4 onion rings in a side that costs over $5. It’s a shame because the quality is good, but the portions are borderline insulting for the price. In a town like Henrietta with endless food options, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next time.

I’m sorry but I feel completely ripped off and got cold food in the process it cost me damn near $70. I’m so disappointed. The guy at the counter was very awesome and kind. But the food is cold and the portions seemed quite small for the money.

Took my husband and kid for their first time. I have been before but it never disappoints. I love all the fresh veggies on my burger and they just want the meat lol. So they got the double patty with bacon and shack sauce. We got fries to share which were crispy and hot as always. And my son tried the strawberry shake. We were practically the first people there that day, the restaurant was empty that early so we got our meal incredibly fast. And someone came to check on us right as we were finishing up. Overall, couldn't ask for a better first experience for my guys. We will be back 😁
