Cowa-sake is always a treat for our family. We have a few favorites that we always order like the Crab Rangoon Dip and The Bob Roll and then we like throw in a few new items too. This most recent trip was stellar - all of us especially loved the Kimchi Fries with egg and pork belly. Thank you Daniel and Jack for the hospitality!

This is a nice restaurant. It's open concept design, comfortable tables. We went for lunch. The food was great. They only do steamed dumplings at lunch (not pan fried), but they were still very good. We also tried the steamed buns, which I hadn't eaten before. The bun was different than I expected, but still tasty. The meat was delicious, as was the hoosen sauce. One of us had their 2 roll comb, and really enjoyed it. Another had a poke bowl, which they had eaten before, and felt it was fantastic. I had a Mongolian Beef Bento Box, with Tempura shrimp roll and added a spring roll. Really enjoy

This is experience was not the best! I have been there several times the food is amazing! But this once the waitress offered the chefs special which was the sushi roll called firecracker which sounded good and normal things on it not too special to us. Also ordered soup and noodles which were all amazing until the bill came, that was special the chefs so called firecracker sushi roll was $35 I will add size was no different than a normal roll. No sign for advancement and waitress sure didn’t offer the price and we should’ve asked! From now on I will ask price before ordering anything special!

The atmosphere and decor are super nice, the servers are friendly, but the food is way too overpriced. This was my mine and my husband's first time here and we were a bit overwhelmed at the menu so when the server recommended the Chef's Wok Feature, which was either a noodle dish or a rice dish, the rice option sounded good so we both went with that and the chefs sushi Roll of the Week. While we waited I continued to browse the menu only to realize that all the items we ordered had no price listed, it all just stated market value. Our food came out fast enough, and it smelled, looked, and tast
