I started out with the breakfast meat burrito, it was just OK... It was stuff packed full of egg with a strip of bacon, one sausage patty and one sliced of deli ham, but yet it lacked flavor. Add a bit of cheese or a cheese sauce and it would have been perfect. Next, were the chicken wraps. Now these had flavor, one was a Chipotle sauce and the other was a fiesta wrap, both had a spice. The French fries were cold and not crispy. Lastly I got there OREO shake, that thing was DELICIOUS. If was packed full of oreos swirled around in this creamy milkshake. I'd go again to try something different,

Food is ok, staff is friendly but this location is habitually out of things. We walked in and were directed to use the kiosk. We did, ordered food. They were out of Cherry coke for the drinks but ok no biggie. There are no napkins but we figure we will get some with the food. They brought it out to us which was nice of them, napkins are from a hand towels dispenser so they are out of napkins. Realize the curly fries we ordered were regular fries. Let's start with the positives. The staff are almost always friendly when I go here so I rarely have a complaint with them. They've never got my order wrong like McDonald's or Arby's. Their food is also delicious. Let's move to the negatives. This location is almost always drive through and rarely open inside. The main down side to Jack is it's expensive. I easily can spend 17 on a combo for like their smash burger. That is a bit insane. Is this place delicious? Yes I love their egg rolls and burger. Is it worth the money? Debatable.

Not what I expected—in a good way. I was passing through town around 11:00am and noticed it seemed a little slow. After reading some reviews, it looked like most complaints were from people not really understanding what they ordered. I decided to give it a shot but told myself if the health score was below 95, I’d leave. Walked in—it was a 98.5. Bathroom was clean. Lobby was spotless. That was enough for me to stay.
