I basically own stock in corner baker cafe at this point, I get food from there so often 😂 I order on Uber Eats usually..but I love their chicken noodle soup, Anaheim scrambler, lemon bars, avocado & spinach breakfast wraps, oatmeal w/brown sugar, and sweet crisps. They are always fast and the food is yummy. It’s not a fancy restaurant so if you don’t go there with that expectation and more of a homestyle kind of feel, this is the place.

Got a chocolate croissant and a latte while I did some work on my laptop. At first I was disappointed they didn't warm the croissant, but it was soft and delicious. I would come back again to try the scramble.

Stopped in at Corner Bakery Cafe in Highlands Ranch and had a great experience overall! I ordered the Bacon, Egg & Avocado Bowl with potatoes, and it was delicious—everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The eggs were cooked just right, and the avocado added a nice creamy touch. The potatoes were a perfect side—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The only downside was the toast—it didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the meal. It was a bit dry and bland, which was disappointing compared to how good everything else was. That said, the staff was friendly, the cafe w
