Dutch is always good to me. Visiting Colorado and stopped here two days in a row. Place is packed per usual. Girl at the window remembered my order from the day before - impressive considering how many people go through that place everyday! Great experience - staff is friendly, outgoing and quick. The drive thru line is always full - consider that - order ahead and/or go to the window. Can't go wrong here - lots of drink options. I don't personally drink their coffee - not my cup...however a dutch freeze with some extra shots in it - pretty damn good. The Cherry/Lime Myst is also quite good

Never return. On line pick up order was not ready for 15 minutes after the time given. Actually placing the order at the window. Pick up was serviced by a young man was more interested in visiting with people about his new car than placing her order. A pick up window should be a pick up window and not a window where you place the order. Ultimately not worth it when you have time commitments.

We came to Dutch bros to get 2 sodas and they told us while we were in the line already that they had no sodas. But when looking around we saw a whole shipment of the soda cans they use. When going to the window we told them they had a full shipment and they said to us “we can’t restock until 11 because it messes with inventory”. We love Dutch bros and come often but this was not a good experience. They should have put a sign up saying no soda instead of having people wait in line, order something they don’t want because they can’t get out of line, pay and leave.

In the last three visits my husband and I have had something wrong everytime. I don’t understand what is going on because this location has always been amazing. It started with the completely wrong drink. The second time we ordered online and receive our drinks 15 minutes after the given time through the app. Up to this last time, we ordered two drinks and the sliders. The sliders came with no meat on them, which is odd because that’s the whole point of a breakfast sandwich. And to top it all off, as small as it seems we received an iced beverage instead of blended which is what was ordered.
