I would leave a zero if I could. I had ordered the dortios locos combo regular, with no cheese. I was in the drive thru at 1230am so I didn't turn around and go back and just wanted to go home. All three tacos had more cheese than it did meat, ehich was barley anything. Some had less than this and the lettuce was missing. I tried to eat it after taking the cheese off and was basucally just eating shell, wasnt even worth scarfing down.

Edit 5 down to one; I went there yesterday and ordered in the restaurant at 1:00 pm; at 1:20 I told employee that I still did not have my order and several other people said they were there even before me. We then watched a young girl on the side anyway from the window get out her phone and was on it for several minutes texting. When she put her phone down, she proceeded to grab a flour tortilla to start working again but she did NOT change her gloves. In other words ALL THE GERMS FROM HER PHONE were being passed on to customers. I then walked out at 1:24 because I did not want to get sick and

45 minutes and still waiting. Checked in for our mobile order when we arrived, only they didn't tell the kitchen. After 30 minutes we complained and they supposedly started working on our order. So far they have served everyone else and still no food. If I wanted a nice sit down atmosphere I would have gone to an actual restaurant. Fast food, not really. Edit, just started making our food 20 minutes after we complained. 1 full hour to get an order. I could have gone to Karajo, eaten and paid by now.

This spot is usually pretty busy, but it's obvious as to why. This is probably the ONLY taco bell that I have never had an issue with. If I had to complain about something it would be the sprinklers shooting water all over cars. If someone could switch the timers to off while the drive thru is open, that would be appreciated I'm sure by everyone.
