This location seems to uphold Zupas standards. Employees are kind and professional. The facility is clean and stocked. My only complaint is the last few times we’ve been in, we’ve had struggles with checking out. Whether the employee got the order wrong, overcharged for a treat, or there was a struggling keeping everyone’s orders straight. But each time a manager had to be called over. I wouldn’t let that deter you from visiting this location, maybe just give yourself a few extra minutes for checking out. Again, overall, great location!

Here's a team of employees (I counted 8) who worked extremely well together. It was a Friday night (May 8th). The aisle behind the counter seemed pretty narrow, but they knew how to work with it and be efficient. Anthony was serving in the second position (adding ingredients to the base of greens). Other employees were asking him questions, as well as us customers, and he was keeping up with it all. I complimented him. The wait in line was short because the whole crew was running so smoothly! The food was excellent. We wanted a lighter meal and we got it. Thank you!
