I recently visited this location and had a frustrating experience regarding their menu transparency. I ordered a dessert item that did not have a price listed on the menu. When the bill arrived, I was surprised to find that the item cost $13.00, which felt like a significant and misleading overcharge given the lack of information provided to the customer at the time of ordering. ​As a paying customer, I believe it is essential for a business to clearly display prices for all items so that guests can make informed decisions. I came in at a busy time, but the employees were still so professional and cheerful, and I got my food in a timely manner. However, there was some sort of management looking over the employees shoulders, and yelled in their faces right in front of me, and the poor worker turned around after that to talk to me with tears in their eyes to finish taking my order. The food and service was honestly good if not excellent despite that, but I was left with an awful taste in my mouth having witnessed that interaction. I ordered online two nuts about berries salads. It is my favorite salad and I get it often. However, both salads raspberries had mold on them and looked horrible. It was very disappointing and due to the time, I was not able to go back and have it redone. I tried to calling and no one answered the phone. They still had 15 minutes until close. Just a bad situation and worse because I couldn’t even get it remade.
