Old lady at the window needs a lesson on politeness. She didn't say a word besides hello at the window after I said hello to her. After a minute of just waiting (figuring shes waiting on my order to be ready) she then asks if I have an order. After I tell her my order she tells me "how would I know if you don't tell me". She hands me my order and and doesn't say another word. Very odd.

Horrible customer service in the drive through came tonight around 7 no one in line. Felix goes to take my order i order nuggets and wait for him to get it entered asked for sauce entered but then silence. I waited a bit and order and small fry. Fleix yelled hold on. You never said that chill out. He seem preoccupied whiled I ordered 4 items. Get to the window and catches attitude that I’m not close enough and to move which I can understand asking me to move closer but how he asked and his tone was so rude. The vegetarian Impossible Whopper is delicious! It's a large burger, so I ask them to cut it in half and wrap each half separately. So, I get two meals from that one burger. Making it vegan friendly, without cheese, what I generally do anyhow. Try it! Enjoy it with onion rings or fries .

Got food from here on 1/18/2026. Cheese burger - the bun and patty were so dried and hard the sandwich was inedible. Fries - left in the oil so long they were soft and mushy. Soda - pure carbonation no syrup. Not sure if they got anything right with this order outside of polite service at the counter. Just disappointing.
