Ordered two take out salads tonight. I was so impressed with a lovely young lady named Ava who helped prepare my order. The young cashier had keyed in the wrong salad and when I noticed the error, Ava was quick to assure me that she would make the salad I wanted. She had such a wonderful attitude and made me feel that she truly cared about doing her job well. Hats off to this sweet gal!

Unfriendly general manager, rude, tried to order breakfast she quickly stated before we could finish, not serving breakfast, we stopped serving!! menus are disorganized breakfast behind cashier (GM) they should be digital and updated to 21st century technology so they can be easy to change, GM didn’t know how to lock/unlock door. Tables were not cleaned, were piling up on the dish tray and overflowing, manager on duty just stayed behind counter and did not greet anyone. She could have at least asked are you ready to order with a fraction of a smile. Very impersonal with no manners this stor

I am very familiar with panera bread stores and this was a bit different. Food was very different. Am not sure if its new or if they were going through a training but what we have ordered was made all wrong. The staff were nice though.

I've been to this location a few times now, and it's okay, honestly. I'd recommend going to another one, but they get the job done when needed First, the inside is honestly pretty good. They keep it clean for the most part, but occasionally they will neglect it, allowing it to become sticky and crumby Secondly, the staff is very friendly, and while mistakes are quite common, they are always kind and quick to fix them. Finally, my main issue with the location is the quality of the food. Out of my past 3 orders, only one was correct they seems to often run out or forget ingredients, so this lead
