The manager caught quick attitude with me and my grandmother. i went up to the drive thru and gave the lady the code from my app. she said it was invalid and then she asked me to refresh. If she knew how to do her job she would’ve known if i refreshed it would give me a new code, which u only have one deal (code) a day. i pulled to the window and had the qr code open. she scanned it and said it was invalid. she continuously wouldn’t help us she was just telling us it wasn’t working simply because she didn’t feel like it or didn’t know how to do her job. I don’t make a judgment until I’ve had my own experience, and this McDonalds is not one I am in favor of, after my experience with the staff whom seem to be quite resentful and vindictive, these are people that shouldn’t be handling food , and after speaking with them it makes sense as to why my food tasted like it sat in someone’s backpack for a week. Also the low star rating , for me a restaurant to not be nearly maxed on the rating is a red flag, but the reviews speak for themselves, these aren’t just people going here and causing problems, there are to many for the odds of that. Why did I just receive .95 cents for a sandwhich that was an even 10.00 according to the new penny guidelines. So they're just keeping 5 cents between the penny I didn't have and 4 pennys they could not give per transaction? This makes no sense.

This is a newly remodeled store. Everything looks fancy and nice here including their staff. Staff are very friendly at this location and the only problem I saw here is their burger buns taste burnt as they may not clean their grill often. I did not feel this at other locations. This is my neighbourhood store guys so can't complain much 😀.
