First time I’ve ordered a matcha & was told the drink line was so low due to the “matcha foam.” The young lady was polite & offered to make another one to show me the foam that accumulates in the blender. However, I already had one with foam.. Sounds like a training issue. Matcha & donuts were good other than that.

I went for a pick up order the young boy at the window was super sweet but I asked to add whipped cream to my hot coffee and she (a young woman) rudely said she couldn’t because it has to be paid for I don’t mind paying $.80 for whipped cream which I did the same day in the morning but the way she said it was condescending and rude then I had to pay $1 because it had to be charged as water. Also I had to ask at the window because the app doesn’t have an option to add whipped cream to hot beverages.

Me and my family went into the store this morning and the cashier and entire staff was very kind. The cashier’s name is Kameron and he was wonderful with all the kids that came in. I typically get overwhelmed because I feel rushed or annoyed by some staff in other businesses- so this experience was refreshing. Good job Kameron & other Dunkin’ staff.

This location is very poor. They are always out of specific donuts, and today I ordered a pink frosted donut with sprinkles and it didn’t even have a hole in it (was not tasty). Not to mention everything just looks amateurish, I wouldn’t recommend buying donuts here. I’d make the drive elsewhere if it means getting access to a full menu, and a well represented donut. Also they forgot an entire donut that I ordered on the side as well.
