Me and my husband had a bite of this chicken sandwich soy garlic & spicy flavor. We had to throw it away after 2 bites. The buns are burnt and the chicken crumbs are falling off. There's no flavor, chicken meat is dry as popeye's biscuit. When we asked them to remake it, they said "it's made that way". And didnt even replace it. I'm so disappointed because my previous bonchon experience somewhere is excellent and I love their chicken sandwich but this is really horrible. Never coming back!!

After walking in our group was immediately seated and given menus for drinks and food. After a short wait, about 2 minutes or so, we ordered our meal. Shortly after, our drinks came to the table along with our side dishes, with the main course coming out right after and was high quality. The music choice was perfectly curated and the interior was clean and well kept. A special shoutout to Kevin, who checked in on us with a genuine smile, even though another server was taking our order. Definitely coming back soon.
