The employees here have actually never done me wrong so I need to give 5 stars just for them. Also this morning i was going to have biscuits and gravy, but my biscuits were stale. I ran here for biscuits and ooooooh dang. Best biscuits and gravy I ever had. Thank you mom and thank you KFC.

Where do I start. Well let’s start this establishment has 3.1 rating on Google. I order here approximately 3 times a month. Today I went thru the drive thru with my boat. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and nobody acknowledged me for 2 minutes. I kept saying hello, hello. Nobody. Pull up to the window and the girl inside waves to me I have to pull around. I have. 20 ft trailer. I go inside and she gets an attitude I have to move my truck(I am at the drive thru window. I said can I just make my order and she refused to take it. ★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately, my experience at KFC on Roselle Road in Schaumburg was disappointing. The food was fine, but the drive-thru process was extremely slow. The employee taking orders would only handle one car at a time and would not take the next order until the vehicle in front had completely paid and received its food. This created an unnecessarily long wait and caused the drive-thru line to back up significantly. There has to be a more efficient way to manage orders and keep the line moving. Hopefully management can review the process and make improvements because the wait time was far b

Very poor service on behalf of tonight’s crew. The blonde girl at the drive thru literally ignored me in line for 10 min inside the restaurant so then i go to the drive through and she was rude right off the bat, then tells me it’ll be 25 min for fried chicken? Wheres the “fast” in fast food? It just felt like she was uninterested in serving me and lost a sale. This isn’t my first negative experience with her either which is why I took to their reviews.
