Students don't come here, they're trying to take advantage of you bc of the schools here! Ordered a chulupa changed it,on the app, to vegetarian. They removed the beef and served it to me. This isn't a vegetarian restaurant, they don't care here. Also, the most expensive taco bell in western Massachusetts!!!!!! I asked to change from beef chulupa ($7+ dollars!!!) to black beans and it was .ore than $2 extra. Don't come here, until they change they're prices and respect ppl dietary restrictions.

This Taco Bell is the worst! They always mess up orders and can't get anything right. I'm surprised they're even open. make sure you check your order before you leave and if you order from doordash don't expect your order to be correct or have napkins or sauces. Staff look at you like if you have 10 heads when you stand at the counter and then talk trash in Spanish thinking people don't speak Spanish. Trash every where it's cleaner outside in the parking lot!do better

Great food, but service can definitely use some help. I've visited here quite a few times, and like most fast food restaurants, it can vary. But I must say, 90% of the time, they forget something or misplace it. Double check your bag before you leave.
