Food was great. Pricing always a bit high. Atmosphere was Christmas to the maximum with all the lights. Yet the best was when my wife called a staffer over to our table. The young man across from us with two female friends was licking every piece and dip because he was still hungry. He did not seem to have much wealth. We asked the staffer if she could provide another sandwich to the young man, and she gave him a free sandwich. That sort of community kindness was exemplary!

In my opinion from my most recent experience this store is bias against certain races. I will never go back there or allow my son to DoorDash there anymore. The situation I had there from a staff member represented the name Chick fil A very poorly. I have lost a lot of respect for this food chain to hire someone that acts (allegedly) like their race is better than others. This person was a manager or team leader.

Truly the worst fast food customer service I’ve ever experienced. My mom and I went through the drive thru about 9:00pm on a Saturday night, her for coffee and me for a milkshake. The person taking our order called the kitchen to see if they’d make my mom a cup of coffee, and they outright refused. We were originally told by the girl taking our order that it would be a few minutes and we said we were happy to wait, but then she received a response from the kitchen that they wouldn’t make any coffee that late. I realize 9:00 isn’t a typical time to drink coffee, but the cost of her cup of coffe

Who doesn't love some Chick-fil-A once and awhile? I always get one of the yummy, thick, and delicious vanilla milkshakes with whipped cream and NO cherry. I don't get the cherry because it's always soggy and mushy. Sorry! But they are. I love to dip the waffle fries in the milkshake which my kids started doing when they were small. I don't really eat the chicken, but my family enjoys it when we eat out. We are not a big fast-food or restaurant kind of people anymore. We have changed the way we eat and when we do eat out its not very often. I do love getting the milkshakes, and the staff is al
