You can tell that certain people working at this location dislike their jobs, or just don't care in general - which leads to poor quality/consistency of service and product. I walked in to order because the drive-thru was way backed up. The place was roasting inside. I ordered and stood waiting. Multiple people getting food, drinks, etc., but there seemed to be a chaos about it as everyone had to remind the workers about what they ordered. What should have been an easy order seemed to be confusing to them. I first didn't get fries or the right drink sizes. It was nice of them to just throw in

1PM on a Wednesday. Waited for 10 mins in the drive thru line before I decided to go inside instead. Parked, got out, and realized the door to the inside was locked. There was a manager in a white Nissan, who rolled his window down And let us who were trying to get inside now that they have no staff and that’s why the inside is closed. He had long black dreads, feminine voice, and a purple shirt. He seemed to be getting a kick out of what was going on. Worst location in Hoover.

Willie took my order and he was such a breath of fresh air. He was so full of joy, so kind, and professional. I want to recognize Willie for having such a great attitude and for doing his job with excellence. I know he will do so well in life with that kind of attitude. It’s so rare nowadays to have such great service at a fast food restaurant and I want Willie to be recognized for being the exception in this industry.

Today, Tuesday, May 5th, I had a bad experience when I stopped by this morning to get a coffee. Two employees—both people of color—seemed unwilling to serve me; I had to wait seven minutes before anyone would attend to me, even though there was absolutely no one else in the place. In the end, they made me pay for my coffee, but I never actually received it. I waited for six minutes, and they never handed it over. I didn't want to cause any trouble, so I simply left. Honestly, it was a terrible experience.
