Very bitchy staff. I backed into the spot so that my great aunt, who has dementia and can barely walk, could see the menu. We were happy to pull around into the spot forward once we were ready to order. The staff was NOT listening , the manager sent TWO of the employees out to harass us and the second one was not listening to anything I was saying. Rude disgusting behavior.

Asked for ched 'r' peppers as the side. The lady taking the order "I can't do that" ma'am I order this every time and it's even on the app as well. She should've said "I don't know how to ring that up" it would've been more accurate than being rude talking about you can't do something 😒

Lacey wanted coffee and coffee we got. We ordered 2 coffees, one hot no milk for me and one iced. They only gave us one but the girl was nice enough to go get the other and not charge us for it. We thought that was a noble and proper thing to do. We of course gave her an above and beyond tip with some good verbal compliments as well. I know Lacey had a bad experience last time, so this simple gesture certainly made up for up.
