This is no exaggeration this is absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever visited! Wait 10 minutes at front counter before girl acknowledged us and finally took order. When we were only ones in restaurant beside another family that was already seated eating. Then after finally taking my order have to wait another 30+ minutes for a burger a wrap and a chicken sandwich. Absolutely pathetic management should be ashamed of their position. Will NEVER go back and will make sure anyone I know avoids this place as well. You want to charge top dollar but give back alley service this was worst experience I

I'm a delivery driver and retire personal chef. This was my worst pickup for a lot of reasons.... However, they seems to have hired an awesome Hispanic manager and this place is now rocking. I've eaten a few times there anonymously and I'm super impressed. It's a go for me

LONG wait in the drive thru. As each car went through the next car would be asked to wait. I understand teaching teens to work, and getting the store staffed is hard. But, this is the norm of the past couple of weeks for me.

Absolutely abysmal service. Their ticker regularly shows orders going unfulfilled for 20 minutes. On multiple occasions I've had to leave without ever getting my order taken because I had been waiting in line for over 15 minutes without ever getting to talk to a cashier, and if the line moved, it was because the people in front of me left without getting anything because they were in the same position I was in. Avoid this location if you can, you're probably not going to be able to order anyway!
