This is the best subway in the area. The employees are nice, food is always good. My husband and I come here at least once a week. Last time we walked in one of the employees (I didn't get his name,) pulled out the bread we like before we even got up to the counter lol.

I would give this resturant a 0 if I could. I used to never have issues with the previous owner. Ever since the new owners took over it's been an unpleasant experience. I WAS PICKING UP FOOD FOR OTHERS AT MY JOB AND I WAS TOLD THE ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH EVEN THOUGH I WAS ABLE TO SHOW THEM MY ONLINE PURCHASE RECEIPT. BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE OWNERS LIED AND TOLD ME I WOULD BE REFUNDED IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS BUT I HAD TO CALL MY BANK TO CANCEL PAYMENT. Owner had the audacity to try to charge me again to redo the order. I live by the Subway located at Needmore and Old Troy Pike. This location was always great. My husband and I visited there several times a week. GREAT sandwiches, Staff was always friendly!! NOW... I dont go there. You've put people that can't even speak English enough to place an order. Last time I was there I couldn't understand anything the guy was saying so I just picked up my purse and left... it's very aggravating they don't smile and they're not friendly at all

This Subway is not too bad.They don’t restroom for customers, which is okay but at least supposed to have handwashing sink or sanitizer for customers. This is America.
