Wendy’s has gone downhill. No matter which location I visit, the fries always taste like they have been cooked hours in advanced and are always soggy. I get charged for medium biggie bag meals which is not what I ordered but of course no receipt given, like always. I wont be wasting my money on Wendy’s anymore.

I stood at the counter a really long time waiting for someone to take my order. Multiple employees made eye contact with me, so I know they knew I was there. Everyone continued to work the drive-thru orders. I gave up and left. Apparently, the employees need a refresher on customer service and people skills.

I ordered a Dave's single cause there smaller patties the use are always burnt and nasty and this is what i got im very disappointed i got over charged and didn't ever get what i ordered u lost a customer

To preface; This location has given me consistently half cooked bacon in the past, and has never added the extra cheese as I pay extra for in the app. This location normally atleast gets the food correct, other than skipping the extras. But this location is right off of route 7, so quick to get to for me. On today’s visit, I received my food after ordering on the app 45 minutes in advance. When I got home, I noted they had forgotten my 10pc chicken nuggets. Fine, I submit a request with Wendy’s support for my money back for the missing item.
