Ordered a large pizza with: - pineapple - chicken - canadian bacon - banana peppers - green peppers The pizza that was delivered did not have canadian bacon (which I was charged for) and it had onions (which I’m allergic to). Paid $36.22 with delivery fee only to not be able to eat this. Will not order from this location again!

Came for the heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day. It had been a long time since we had been here and tonight reminded me why we love it. The pizza is great and the customer service tonight was next level amazing. I was immediately greeted upon arrival by multiple staff members and Jeremy, the shift manager, was so incredibly helpful and kind! We talked about all the various dipping sauces and seasonings that were available and he made sure I had a bag to carry out all of my choices so I wasn’t just balancing it on the top of a box. If you order delivery for a certain time don't expect it to arrive at that time. Nope, that's when they will send the food out for delivery - not actually deliver it. And remember when pizza used to he delivered within 15 minutes or it was free? Yeah, well, those days are over. Don't expect to get your pizza for at least 30 minutes - possibly ever. Also, normal apps show you the route of your driver and the Papa John's app just shows a map and tells you that your food is on its way. What's the point of the map? I don’t normally leave reviews but this store is absolutely horrible. I walked in at 9:15 nowhere near closing time and the guy in the back I’m guessing he might be the manager or thinks he’s some kind of manager refused to take anymore orders because he was too busy. I thought he was joking but realized he wasn’t joking at all. He couldn’t handle his job and was a jerk about it. Chose a different location because the company is good but whoever this guy is at this location is a joke.
