Let down again by this location on today’s visit. I came in for the Y2K re-release. Both items, the chili cheese burrito and double decker taco as seen from the photos were nowhere close to what they should have been. I remember the chili cheese burrito having the same hand feel of a bean burrito and almost coming out the sides, not like the picture. And the poor double decker taco speaks for itself. Typically this location is good and fast. Not sure what happened here.

Zee has great customer service and overall made my experience way better at Tacobell while ordering from the drive through! My food was made quick and correctly! I have a lot of substitutions due to dietary restrictions so I’m worried my food will be made wrong but this location NEVER makes my food wrong.

I tried to order from 2 other Taco Bell restaurants in the last 6 months. I left without food both times due to the workers attitude & uncleanliness (shockingly bad). This location is great! I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the young man working the counter. He took the time to list the ingredients (when I was unsure which burrito I preferred) & he even offered to make a burrito no longer on the menu! My order was out before I even put the top on my drink.

I came on July 27th at 12:35 in the morning to get Taco Bell after my usual late night activities on Saturday. I always come to this location and usually have a good experience but however I ordered the number 6 combo. I was informed by the person running the window that they were out of the regular chicken and it would take 5-6 minutes wait. I told him that’s no problem I completely understand I will wait patiently for the chicken. He said okay. I pulled up to the window and received my food without any wait.
