I know for a fact they don’t give two hoots about how they serve you but goodness the managers have to do a better job assuaging people’s concerns. Absolute trash for a place that is preaching a Live More slogan. This was what they served me after I paid $11 and change for food. Unbelievable.

They literally just keep forgetting items, items that I paid for. Fourth time they've forgotten something in my order, I ordered avocado ranch, it's one of the few reasons I go to Taco Bell, .79 cents extra and they forgot it. It's all good though, Chick-fil-A pulled through with their bottled avocado ranch

I worked in fast food for a few years, I know it's not easy, but a constant bad food quality and forgetting to add things to the order is avoidable Jan 2024: Today's order, cheese roll was just a soft taco with shredded cheese - not even melted or heated, tried the 10 nuggets never got the 2 side sauces that are on the ticket, they often forget to put the sauce packets but there are supposedly more expensive sauce that they choose not to include although ordered and the nuggets are tiny dried up and could barely find any chicken in them. I went through the drive through and when getting my drink I forgot my cupholder was full. The employee behind the counter offered to throw away one of my drinks for me. This was not his problem whatsoever but he thought of a solution and made my night. Great customer service
