First time trying Rally's burgers.. this place is a drive-thru only spot with 2 drive windows. The wait wasn't too long for the food and the burgers were pretty good. Place looks fun, sort of like an old style diner. Good place.

I was literally starving and the service was so discriminatory here I didn’t feel comfortable even eating the food and decided to get a refund. Discrimination / racism is never okay and we work hard for money, I won’t waste it on people who laugh at me and make wierd faces when I talk. I will be reaching out to corporate since this is not the first time and if I do not get a response I will seek legal aid.

This man has the worst custumer service. I ordered online and had to wait over 15 mins to get my order he kept pushing out the drive thru custumers and brushing me off. When I asked why that was happening, he smacked his lips and rolled his eyes at me like I was asking for free food. He looked hungover, tired and not wanting to be there. He packed my order and was missing my marinara sauces I'm glad I checked before leaving. I would put his name but he flipped his name tag.

Rallies is always really tasty. They had a great five dollar deal with fries choice of a western burger or just a regular burger drink and chicken bites. I got one of each burger at 10 out of 10 recommend the regular burger not a fan of the bacon burger the chicken bites not sure about those either the fries were delicious and the soda was OK. What a preferred to have gotten an iced tea With no sugar the service was great. The price was good the location of it sketchy 10 out of 10 recommends the french fries and the regular burger.
