They had me and my friends waiting for well over two hours to be seated and to get food and the customer service was horrendous everything was just extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend the downtown Baltimore location. They need to clean up their staff. The staff was horse playing and laughing and not taking care of the customers as they should, next the security female was extremely unprofessional. I truly feel sorry for the owner of this business because it probably won’t last long with these types of people in it that don’t truly care about the customers experience, & lastly, I will

From start to finish, My food & the service was trash! I went to bathroom upon arrival, came out, witness one of there employees come out stale & not wash her hands(Top it off she was my server) absolutely NOT! Then my food came out “eggs, links, hash browns was hot on top cold on the bottom”. Sent it back & some how the cook managed to repeat the same issue, so nothing was resolved. The manager so called adjusted the check, but at that point the meal should have been on “ihop” especially due to your cook under cooking my food twice. Stacy, who just transferred up from Virginia, was a great server! When we were first seated we waited for a bit and no one came over. I flagged Stacy down to ask who was serving our table. She couldn't find the server but was happy to take our table. She was super friendly and made the experience a good one!
