I want to start by saying that the food at this Chipotle is actually very good. The flavors are consistent, and I generally enjoy the meals. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this location is so poor that it overshadows the quality of the food. Every time I visit, the dining area appears neglected. The tables are often dirty, stained, and covered with spills. The floors look as if they have not been properly cleaned or maintained, and the overall appearance of the restaurant gives the impression of a lack of attention to basic cleanliness standards. Ordered cheese quesadilla. Was served to a dasher. They rushed and made me this weird folded tortilla with a pinch of cheese. Went to get replacement and received an unheated chicken quesadilla uncut because that’s the same thing apparently. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Terrible.

This place is filthy. Every single table in this restaurant is dirty. The floor appears to not have been swept, or mopped, in days as there’s dirt in all corners as well as dried sauce on the floor. There’s also a spilled beverage of some kind, at the table next to me, that has obviously been there for a long while as the outsides of the spill have dried. It’s, quite frankly, disgusting.

My boyfriend ordered a cheese quesadilla and this is the third time that this location has gave him a chicken quesadilla. He’s a vegetarian and could’ve made himself sick if he would’ve just bitten into it. How do you misunderstand the difference between chicken and a cheese quesadilla.
