This is a top notch Taco Bell. I had an order mix-up with the app and the crew at this Taco Bell got everything resolved quickly and efficiently. This was a Sunday Evening and I am sure they were very busy, but everyone was super kind to me and accommodating for my issue. Plus, the food was delicious and the store was pristine! 10/10 experience. This Taco Bell store has made me a fan for life!

Worse experience ever. Every second of the day counts! I waited over 45 mins at this location trying to get my food. My grandmother is being treated across the street at Baylor this was suppose to be a quick easy drive thru order; I spent my hard earned money trying to feed my family tonight drive thru staff forgot half of my order I walked in the restaurant to see if there was a mix up or if I could please have the missing items, staff called me a liar and wanted me to show proof that my items were missing I'm not sure how i was supposed to show proof of missing items? Kept asking me if I ordered. Fries were super hard. After politely showing manager who was there... They brought me what literally tasted like dirt from a dust pan. Thought it was ground dirt. But no its a dust pan. No more fast food for me. You get what you pay for

Ordered crunch wrap supreme.. tortilla was tough and hard to chew. The crunchy part of the item was literally so soggy it made me gag. The hard shell wasn't even a full size shell it was small pieces throughout the wrap and yeah there was maybe a tablespoon of meat which looked old and brown. Worst experience ever at taco bell. Plus everything else we ordered was cold. Within 2 minutes of us driving out of the parking lot.
