“The food is so good and fresh!”

Absolutely terrible. Got fry, an icecream sundae, and a drink. The medium fry wasn’t filled up and had a black moldy looking fry in it. The icecream wasn’t filled up either it wasn’t even close to the cap the worst I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t even imagine thinking that’s okay to give to someone. The drink we said refresher 2x and they gave a smoothie. I haven’t been to this location in a while and never coming to it again.

I placed a breakfast order at 10:12, and got there ar 10:31. Because I got there after 10:30 (the time the breakfast ends), they cancelled the order. Then I was told I could still get it because they had it there. I dont understand why, if the order was bagged and waiting for me, and it was paid for, and all they had to do was hand it to me through the drive thru window, why it was an issue. So, after getting the order, and getting home, the one sandwich wasn't what I asked for. The woman, I'm presuming was an assistant manager or manager, when I asked for a receipt showing my credit for

their service is horrible. there was a cooked hair in my fries and the food was cold. it’s ridiculous, every time i order from here something’s wrong. the lady closed the window on me while i was talking and i feel that was very rude.

I mostly get my Diet Coke fix in their drive through. The staff is always efficient, nice, and accurate with my order. The drive through is super fast. My only suggestion is that they go back to plastic straws or find a better alternative to the paper straws, which are awful.
