We have been a regular customer of this location, in Issaquah Commons. Although customer service has always been warm and friendly, they went above and beyond today. I made a mistake with our online order this morning for pick up. My son, who normally picks it up in the counter, always checks the bag before leaving. He noticed his mac and cheese was missing. He told them and although the order was correctly prepared, they went ahead and gave him the mac and cheese and even the cookie (which I didn't order). My son left the store happy and satisfied. Kudos to the guy at the counter and the man

Went in yesterday to grab a late lunch. The young man working the front was pleasant and helpful. He didn’t rush me and was able to answer questions as it’s been years since I’ve been to a Panera. Makes me want to go back :)
