I wouldn’t recommend this place. I placed a mobile order online, and the line was extremely long. Even after ordering ahead, it still took over 30 minutes to receive my food. I ordered the Luxe Cravings Box and a nugget box, but when I checked my bag, almost every item was wrong. My rice and bean burrito was completely incorrect—I asked for rice and ground beef, but they only gave me rice. I went back up there to have my order fixed, and unbelievably, my second order was still wrong.

I ordered a grilled cheese burrito, large nacho fries, and nacho cheese chips. My fries were old and crunchy, almost like chips, and I didn’t receive my nachos. That’s the worst my food for Taco Bell has ever been this is only 2 hours after they have been open. Ya’ll need to do better Taco Bell I didn’t spend almost $40 bucks for old hard food. That’s a shame if ya’ll went and got food somewhere you would want it to be hot and fresh because that’s what you paid for that’s unacceptable. Update grilled cheese burrito was so wrong I asked for extra ground beef and they gave me more refried beans

So I don’t really do Taco Bell much. Either the food isn’t good or it’s wrong but o went the other day being one of the only things open and it hit the spot. I saw the commercial for the new shredded steak dipping taco right after and have been waiting to try it. I go to Taco Bell ready to review it ( last thing I lived was rolled poblano quesadilla months back) I order the 9$ luxe box with the taco. Get home 7 minutes later 11:15pm after a long day of work and even though I asked the guy for fire sauce and he’s always like “I got you I got you” makes you feel like you got what you need every

I ordered a steak crunch wrap, only got lettuce in it. Soft shell taco had only lettuce and cheese. I ordered a bowl of rice and beans. Got beans in a tortilla instead. My husband’s food had no meat as well. I just don’t see how it could be messed up so bad. Don’t waste the money
