This use to be the best chipotle in the state, and I came here for years. The general manager and his team were always friendly, the food and portions were fantastic. They always went above and beyond to make sure my food was safe because I have a gluten allergy. Fast forward to now- the restaurant is run by new management and the quality of the food has gone downhill. The portions are horrible. I watched an employee come out of the restroom with his apron still on. This place is disgusting and almost none of the new staff speaks English so how can I effectively communicate my allergy? If I could give zero stars I would. After eating a quarter of my chicken bowl, I took another bite and pulled a hair out of my food. So gross! When I went in to pick up the food nobody was wearing a hair net. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with the Johnston location. There's been some sort of issue almost everytime I have ordered from there. We wait about 6 months after the last issue and try it again. Yet again another issue. Extremely disappointing. Do better and follow health standards!

They’re supposed to open at 10:45 am but i had to sit in my car until 11:10 because they weren’t open and then on top of that my food was mid like are we for real? I see a full team of staff inside the building so they shouldn’t be taking an extra 25 minutes to open up especially when I placed my mobile order for 10:45. Why am I able to place an online order if they won’t be open on time???

How do you all not have Guacamole? Isn’t that one of the thing you all make your profit from? Not only it’s over priced but you all don’t even have the one good thing in that place? I almost walked away and left the order being made….. next time I’m just walking away and leaving the order if there ain’t any guac.
